Welcome to our new members Joan, Guy & Trigger - David, Jasmine, Sally & Raffy, it was wonderful to see you all participating/enjoying your first tracking day with your dogs.
The Branch will remain open on Easter Sunday.
Although we know some members will be away over the break, training will commence at 9am so our members will be able to get home to spend Easter Sunday with their families and enjoy the gifts the Easter Bunny has left for them.
Also we have a new puppy coming to Branch so we can welcome them to our training.
Those with older dogs can come along at 9.30am and that will give the Instructor time for the puppies prior to older classes.
Would everyone keep May 15 free. We are planning a 'working bee' for this day and would appreciate help to clean the clubrooms & surrounds from as many of our members as possible. Please let us know if you are able to assist.
Class pass up certificates have been handed out to Bernie, Yvonne, Doug, Alan & Karen. Congratulations. All your hard work is paying off. Good luck in your new class work.
Basic Tracking pass ups have also been received by the following members - Alan, Bernie, Karen, Tony, Yvonne, Jocelyn & Doug - well done!!
Our tracking day for the month was held on 16 April with our new members taking part. Everyone worked very well and hopefully have caught the 'tracking bug' .
The more advance trackers were able to do two tracks where the dogs worked extremely well and I am sure all trackers are looking forward to our next tracking day.
We wish all members travelling to Sydney for the National a safe & successful trip.
We wish the Western Branch and other branches helping them, another successful collection day for the Royal Children's Hospital Appeal on Good Friday - lots of work but they also have a lot of fun.
Happy Easter to All
